Wrestling Shoes -- Wrestlers MUST wear Wrestling Shoes for all practices and competitions.
Wrestling Head Gear -- Wrestlers MUST wear Wrestling Head Gear for all practices and competitions.
Wrestling Singlets -- Wrestling Singlets are the uniform Wrestlers wear in competitions, your Wrestler will be provided a Team Singlet prior to the first competition.
Wrestling Practice -- In addition to Wrestling Shoes and Wrestling Headgear, Wrestlers should practice in shorts or sweatpants, and either short or long-sleeve T-Shirts.
